You will develop and support the Voice &amp; Copy team to create big idea-driven creative - the ability to take on the large and the small is critical. This role will require a variety of working models, including creating large scale, internally led campaigns as well as directing agencies, freelancers and production partners. The role demands great strategic thinking, flawless execution, bold innovation, passion, and optimism. The ideal candidate has deep experience in leading and creating work for B2B and B2C audiences and has a solid understanding of the nuances of communicating with both. This individual ideally has experience on both the agency and brand-side, with 5+ years of experience building and leading high-performing teams.
