Good Energy is seeking a Billing Operations Specialist to contribute directly to our mission of providing exceptional customer experience and driving healthy revenue. Reporting to the Billing Lead, youll manage key billing processes, including exception handling and data quality investigations. Youll be a crucial point of contact for our Account Health, Home &amp; Small Business, and Debt Recovery teams, providing specialist support and ensuring they have the resources they need.
