For more information, visit <a href="https://www.gong.io">www.gong.io</a>.</p> <p>As the Sr. Administrative Assistant to multiple VPs within the GTM organization, you will play a critical role in managing complex schedules, coordinating domestic and international travel, and ensuring priorities and deadlines are met. You will partner closely with the VP, Sales and key stakeholders to prepare materials for meetings, collect and synthesize information for presentations and strategic planning, and serve as the first point of contact for high-level relationships. You will also lead communications across the organization, ensuring alignment on initiatives through email, Slack, and calendar management, as well as plan and execute team offsites and events. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits.
