As a Mid-Market Sales manager you will lead and develop a team of Account Executives within a fast-paced environment.  Your leadership will have a direct impact on the growth of the corporate business unit, the development of your team, and Gong’s success by crushing revenue goals. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits.
