Your primary focus will be to manage Gong’s Global immigration and mobility programs. You will serve as a subject matter expert, advising stakeholders on best practices and ensuring a smooth, compliant and positive mobility experience for employees worldwide.</p> <h5>RESPONSIBILITIES</h5> <ul> <li>Manage Gong’s US and global immigration programs, including partnering with our immigration firm on all visa/work permit processing and tracking, while ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations.</li> <li>Manage and coordinate the end-to-end process of global mobility assignments and relocations, ensuring adherence to immigration laws, tax regulations, and labor requirements in multiple countries.</li> <li>Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding global mobility policies, processes, and requirements. Provide advice and guidance on international tax obligations and ensure compliance with tax regulations.</li> <li>Collaborate with People Business Partners and other business stakeholders to ensure coordinated and accurate processing of international assignments while ensuring a seamless employee experience throughout.</li> <li>Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors, such as relocation providers, immigration firms, and tax consultants.</li> <li>Support employees and their families during the relocation process, assisting with housing, schooling, healthcare, and other relocation-related matters as needed..</li> <li>Stay updated with immigration laws, tax regulations, and cultural considerations in various countries to provide accurate advice and support.</li> </ul> <h5>QUALIFICATIONS </h5> <ul> <li>Bachelors degree with 5+ years of mobility management experience in a fast-paced environment,</li> <li>In-depth knowledge and understanding of global mobility and immigration compliance requirements. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits.
