The mission of our Sales Engineering team at Gong is to serve as trusted partners, advising on complex workflows and guiding customers toward an AI-first approach to their go-to-market strategy, ultimately helping them achieve their desired business outcomes.  In this high-impact, hybrid leadership role, you will be instrumental in building and scaling our Sales Engineering function across our EMEA and APAC regions. Youll provide direct leadership and mentorship to a Sales Engineering manager and team of SEs while concurrently building out and directly managing a subset of SEs who support key business growth areas. A core focus will be collaborating with cross-functional partners to guide the entire international team in the solution-based selling of our industry-leading Revenue AI platform.
