The ideal candidate combines digital PR, search strategy, content architecture, media outreach, and AI monitoring expertise to protect and promote brand reputation in LLM-driven environments. Location: Woodland Hills, CA (Hybrid)  <ul> <li>Lead Digital PR &amp; Strategic Content Placement: Develop comprehensive content strategies and leverage media relationships to secure placements on authoritative domains, industry publications, and legacy media outlets. Build rapid-response capabilities to address emerging narrative challenges and ensure brand-aligned content reaches high-trust sources.</li> <li>Shape Brand Visibility in AI Interfaces: Audit and monitor how our brands appear in AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other generative tools—across 100+ branded and 200+ non-branded terms.</li> <li>Build Our AI Presence: Deploy structured data, entity definitions, and citations across key brand websites and high-authority web repositories (archive.org, OSF, etc.) to boost AI-friendly visibility.</li> <li>Launch Internal Influence Tools: Help design and manage custom GPT/Claude bots trained on brand-safe content, and contribute to internal prompt playbooks and narrative alignment guides.</li> <li>Report the Impact: Build dashboards and quarterly reports that visualize improvements in brand accuracy, visibility, sentiment, and LLM coverage—along with a proprietary Brand Risk Score.</li> </ul> Qualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.): <ul> <li>7-10+ years combining Digital PR, SEO and content strategy with proven media relations and outreach experience, including successful placement of content across authoritative publications and legacy media</li> <li>Strong background in crisis communications and proactive reputation management, with demonstrated ability to coordinate rapid content responses and manage external stakeholder relationships during challenging situations.</li> <li>Deep knowledge of search visibility, schema markup, and entity-based optimization</li> <li>Experience working with AI/LLM platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or Google’s SGE—especially to monitor or influence branded content</li> <li>Proven ability to write or commission rebuttal and technical content that performs well in AI and search contexts</li> <li>Familiarity with structured data formats (e.g., JSON-LD), and publishing in high-authority public archives</li> <li>Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with experience managing both internal cross-functional teams and external media partnerships</li> <li>Bonus points for experience with prompt engineering, custom GPT agents, vector databases, or knowledge graph work, plus established relationships within journalism and authoritative publishing domains, experience with media monitoring and strategic content distribution, or background in crisis communications and rapid-response initiatives.</li> </ul> Golden Perks &amp; Benefits:  <ul> <li>Comprehensive healthcare coverage – We cover 100% of premiums for medical, dental, and vision plans for employee-only plans.</li> <li>Through our charity sponsorships, you can make a positive impact on communities worldwide. The base salary range is $152,000-$200,000, plus annual &amp; monthly KPI bonus potential. The posted salary range in this job posting reflects data based on Californias cost of labor analysis.
