The ideal candidate is part search strategist, part content architect, and part AI monitor—with a sharp eye for protecting and promoting brand reputation in emerging LLM-driven environments. Location: Woodland Hills, CA (Hybrid)  What You’ll Be Doing: <ul> <li>Shape Brand Visibility in AI Interfaces: Audit and monitor how our brands appear in AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other generative tools—across 100+ branded and 200+ non-branded terms.</li> <li>Reinforce the Right Narrative: Create and publish rebuttal articles, evergreen documentation, and narrative “source-of-truth” content designed to steer LLMs toward brand-aligned answers.</li> <li>Build Our AI Presence: Deploy structured data, entity definitions, and citations across key brand websites and high-authority web repositories (archive.org, OSF, etc.) to boost AI-friendly visibility.</li> <li>Launch Internal Influence Tools: Help design and manage custom GPT/Claude bots trained on brand-safe content, and contribute to internal prompt playbooks and narrative alignment guides.</li> <li>Report the Impact: Build dashboards and quarterly reports that visualize improvements in brand accuracy, visibility, sentiment, and LLM coverage—along with a proprietary Brand Risk Score.</li> </ul> Qualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.): <ul> <li>7-10+ years in SEO, content strategy, AI tools, and/or digital PR and reputation management</li> <li>Deep knowledge of search visibility, schema markup, and entity-based optimization</li> <li>Experience working with AI/LLM platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or Google’s SGE—especially to monitor or influence branded content</li> <li>Proven ability to write or commission rebuttal and technical content that performs well in AI and search contexts</li> <li>Familiarity with structured data formats (e.g., JSON-LD), and publishing in high-authority public archives</li> <li>Strong collaboration and communication skills—you’ll work across SEO, PR, Legal, and Engineering</li> <li>Bonus points for experience with prompt engineering, custom GPT agents, vector databases, or knowledge graph work</li> </ul> Golden Perks &amp; Benefits:  <ul> <li>Comprehensive healthcare coverage – We cover 100% of premiums for medical, dental, and vision plans for employee-only plans.</li> <li>Through our charity sponsorships, you can make a positive impact on communities worldwide. The base salary range is $152,000-$200,000, plus annual &amp; monthly KPI bonus potential. The posted salary range in this job posting reflects data based on Californias cost of labor analysis.
