The Job <ul> <li>As Strategic Initiatives Manager, you will lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that drive the company’s strategic goals. This is a project-based position where we expect that you would adjust and respond to the changing needs of the business with ongoing scope changes. Responsibilities include: <ul> <li>Drive cross-functional programs across all areas of the business on time and with measurable results</li> <li>Build systems to improve leadership visibility and progress on large, cross-functional strategic initiatives, including documents, timelines, owner tracking, and outcomes</li> <li>Identify and solve efficiency and process challenges across the business by bringing structure to ambiguous problems</li> <li>Plan and execute key operating rhythms for the leadership team, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings</li> <li>Improve how we work by identifying and solving efficiency and process challenges across the organization</li> <li>Translate organizational strategy into actionable programs and ensure goals are aligned across department</li> </ul> </li> </ul> You  <ul> <li>Have 5+ years of experience in program management or strategic operations roles</li> <li>Bring clarity and structure to ambiguity and change. The total annual salary for this full-time position is $125,000 - $187,000 + equity + benefits.  As this is a remote position, the salary range was determined by role, level, and possible location across the US.
