As the Senior Manager of CRM Growth, you’ll be a player-coach who bridges strategy and execution, working across Product, Data, and Marketing to design and deliver cross-channel lifecycle programs that drive user engagement, reactivation, and sustainable growth. You’ll own the vision, roadmap, and performance of our CRM efforts across email, SMS, and in-app messaging — developing personalized journeys that are measurable, respectful, and deeply aligned with our mission. The total annual salary for this full-time position is $140,000 - $210,000 + equity + benefits.  As this is a remote position, the salary range was determined by role, level, and possible location across the US.
