GoFundMe is searching for a law student from a nationally-accredited US law school to join our Summer 2026 Intern Program. This is a 10 week internship program that runs from May 27th, 2026 to August 7th, 2026. The Job… Are you a law student looking to experience legal work in-house at an industry-leading platform? As a legal intern at GoFundMe, you will have the opportunity to assist a small but mighty legal team with a wide range of legal issues, including but not limited to: <ul> <li>Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a variety of agreements. </li> <li>The development of templates, policies and procedures and other aspects of legal operations.</li> <li>Dispute resolution and litigation.</li> <li>Identifying legal and business risks and providing strategic, practical and creative legal and business advice.</li> <li>A variety of projects, as needed, including corporate governance, IP, marketing reviews, data privacy, product counseling, employment and more.</li> </ul> You… <ul> <li>Good judgment, strong ethics, and a kind heart.</li> <li>Confident self-starter.</li> <li>Independent worker, with the ability to escalate issues appropriately and effectively.</li> <li>Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under challenging circumstances.</li> <li>Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously, with effective resolution of conflicting priorities.</li> <li>A passion for GoFundMe’s mission while being a genuine GoFundMe ambassador who amplifies GoFundMe’s culture in all communications and interactions.</li> </ul> Location This position is a remote position, within the US.  However, the role may include occasional work at a GoFundMe office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager.
