The GoFundMe team is searching for our next Lead Business Operations Analyst to bring data to the center of how we grow and scale our go-to-market strategy. This role is rooted in data analytics, with a sharp focus on enabling our go-to-market through insightful reporting, performance measurement, and strategic guidance. You’ll be the analytical engine behind the go-to-market, bringing a holistic view across our sales, marketing, and customer success motions — designing dashboards, conducting deep-dive analyses, and shaping decision-making through data. Your insights will influence strategy, improve processes, and drive growth. The total annual salary for this full-time position is $125,000 - $187,000 + equity + benefits.  As this is a remote position, the salary range was determined by role, level, and possible location across the US. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
