We are seeking a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting efforts across India. This is a strategic leadership role requiring deep expertise in talent markets, people leadership, stakeholder management, and modern recruiting practices. You will oversee high-volume Software Development Engineer hiring and specialized hiring while driving consistency, efficiency, and inclusion in how we attract and hire talent.    We are looking for a leader who can think strategically to build and sustain a high-performing recruiting team—one that goes beyond waiting for applicants and instead focuses on sourcing, maintaining pipelines, and engaging talent proactively.
