If designated as remote, you’ll be working remotely from your home and may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings. This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.

The Senior Manager, Learning Delivery, spearheads the strategy, execution, and improvement of company-wide learning programs to boost employee skills and drive business performance! Reporting to senior leadership, this role manages a team of trainers, ensuring operational excellence and impactful learner experiences across various formats. The Senior Manager collaborates with global stakeholders to align learning delivery with business needs, enhancing scalability and consistency.

What youll get to do...

Strategic Learning Delivery Leadership

  • Develop and lead a learning delivery strategy that aligns with business priorities such as sales enablement, operational efficiency, and leadership development.
  • Implement scalable, blended learning solutions and advise on standard processes in learning delivery and performance enablement.

Learning Delivery Leadership

  • Manage and execute training programs across various modalities to support business objectives and foster a high-performing, innovative team culture.
  • Set performance expectations and support professional development to build internal capability.

Team and Stakeholder Management

  • Supervise and lead a team of trainers, ensuring excellence and alignment with curriculum standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and global partners to align training initiatives with business goals and influence priorities through data-driven insights.

Operational Excellence & Scalability

  • Oversee training logistics and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and scalability.
  • Implement and refine SOPs, partner with design teams, and drive operational efficiency through scalable processes and technology.

Measurement and Reporting

  • Track and report on critical metrics to evaluate learning delivery effectiveness and business impact.
  • Prepare reports for leadership and champion continuous improvement through data analysis and feedback.

Your experience should include...

  • 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, training delivery, or organizational development, including experience in sales and operational training.
  • Shown ability to align learning initiatives with business strategies and operational priorities, with experience working with global teams to deliver training across diverse geographic regions and modalities (in-person, virtual, hybrid).
  • Strong expertise in adult learning theory and blended learning, complemented by excellent communication, facilitation, and data storytelling skills.
  • Extensive experience in leading training operations, logistics, and vendor partnerships, with strong project management, partner engagement, and change leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.

  • Shown success in implementing training initiatives that drive business outcomes.
  • Experience leading outsourced (BPO) training partnerships.
  • Familiarity with global learning delivery and cultural sensitivity in training programs.
  • Success in using data to optimize trainer efficiency and learner engagement.
  • Learning Management professional certification.
