This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

GoDaddy is seeking a Technical Program Manager specialising in Security Architecture and Governance to oversee the end-to-end security architecture governance management process and reporting. This role will be integral in developing and maintaining security policies, standards, and frameworks in close collaboration with multiple teams. What youll get to do...

  • Manage and optimize processes, structures, and policies that align IT resources with organizational goals, ensuring efficient management and control of resources.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to advance governance initiatives and guarantee continuous compliance with industry-leading security standards and frameworks, acting as a subject matter expert on security architecture frameworks and governance, offering guidance and maintaining documentation for team processes.
  • Address roadblocks, manage escalations, and offer regular updates to leadership while balancing business needs with security constraints.
  • Lead strategic planning initiatives to improve security and operational efficiency, fostering collaboration among teams and encouraging ongoing team development.
  • Guide teams to adopt process improvements and automation techniques while supporting security architecture enhancements as needed.
  • Stay informed about changes in regulatory environments and ensure the timely implementation of relevant security measures.

Your experience should include...

  • 6+ years as a Technical Program Manager.
  • Understanding of security architecture frameworks like TOGAF and NIST.
  • Experience with cloud technologies and security controls for IaaS.
  • Extensive experience with SDLC, release management, and risk management.
  • Expertise in governance, risk management, and IT compliance.

You might also have...

  • Experience in threat modeling and network security.
  • Proficiency in GRC tools, especially ServiceNow GRC/IRM.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices in security architecture and governance.
