Developing and monitoring metrics for evaluating training effectiveness, may also be accountable for broader Sales Function talent development as part of Sales functional excellence/performance improvement initiatives.</span></p><h2><b><span>What Part Will You Play?</span></b></h2><ul><li><p><span>Assists senior level team members and/or delivers a range of training from simple to moderately complex products, processes and soft skills content, to diverse audiences, demonstrating a clear understanding of given subject or subjects following training materials with some moderate deviation.</span></p></li><li><p><span> Updates or tailors programs for further review based on individual customer needs.  Works on simple design solutions.</span></p></li><li><p><span> Provides advice and support relating to processes, products or soft skills content, to internal customers seeking guidance when necessary.</span></p></li><li><p><span> Understands merchant statements and pricing initiatives.</span></p></li><li><p><span> Develops coaching plans based on observations to build strong sales engagement.</span></p></li></ul><h2></h2><h2><b><b>What Are We Looking For in This Role?</b></b></h2><p></p><p><b><b>Minimum Qualifications</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Bachelors Degree or equivalent or relevant experience in:  Payroll, business insurance or related field of study</span></p></li><li><p><span>Typically Minimum 2 Years Relevant Experience - Related professional experience in sales or sales training, preferably in payroll or B2B sales.</span></p></li></ul><p><br /><b><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Knowledge and understanding of B2C and B2B payroll environment</span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge of payroll industry</span></p></li><li><p><span>Selling experience with proven success</span></p></li><li><p><span>Graphic design skills a plus</span></p></li></ul><h2></h2><h2><b><b>What Are Our Desired Skills and Capabilities?</b></b></h2><ul><li><p><span>Skills / Knowledge - Learn to use professional concepts.
