If it’s in your nature to work with passion, purpose, and tangible impact, join us and let’s build the future of commerce together.<h3>Job Summary</h3>As an Outside Sales Executive, POS, you’ll be responsible for prospecting, presenting, and closing sales of Genius® and related Global Payments technology solutions to small and mid-sized merchants across restaurant, retail, and service industries.You’ll manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and outreach to conducting in-person and virtual product demos and finalizing contracts—within a fast-moving, high-energy environment. You’ll collaborate closely with your District Manager and receive ongoing coaching and mentorship from leadership to help you succeed.Your mission: help business owners modernize their operations, improve customer experiences, and drive growth through innovative POS and payment technology.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Sell Genius® POS and Global Payments solutions to small and mid-sized merchants.</li><li>Prospect new clients through networking, referrals, and community partnerships.</li><li>Conduct engaging product presentations and live demos showcasing how Genius® simplifies payment processing, inventory management, and customer engagement.</li><li>Partner with your District Manager to set appointments, identify opportunities, and close deals within a short sales cycle.</li><li>Maintain accurate client records and pipeline activity in Atlas and Salesforce CRM systems.</li><li>Upsell and cross-sell existing clients on additional Global Payments services.</li><li>Stay up to date on POS and fintech industry trends to position yourself as a trusted advisor.</li><li>Participate in weekly team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions with leadership.</li></ul><h3>Desired Skills &amp; Capabilities</h3><ul><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.</li><li>Self-motivated, results-driven “hunter” mindset.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a fast-paced pipeline.</li><li>Professional demeanor and integrity when working with clients and teammates.</li><li>Enjoys face-to-face relationship building with business owners.</li><li>Experience in restaurant and/or retail environments is a plus.</li></ul><h3>Minimum Qualifications</h3><ul><li>18 years of age or older.</li><li>Valid driver’s license with ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time.</li><li>Must reside within the area of the job posting.</li><li>Background check and drug screening required per company policy.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred).</li><li>Two or more years of B2B, SaaS, or POS sales experience.</li></ul><h3>Compensation</h3>Base Salary: $40,000 Residual Income: Keep earning monthly from your closed accounts. Bonuses: Monthly and quarterly incentives for exceeding sales goals.
