Your focus will be on the full recruitment lifecycle, from proactive sourcing to successful offer negotiation.</p> <ul> <li><strong>Own the Candidate Pipeline</strong>: Proactively source, engage, and nurture a diverse pipeline of top-tier talent across all experience levels</li> <li><strong>Be a Brand Ambassador</strong>: Partner with our marketing team to promote our career opportunities and culture, representing the company at industry events, meetups, and conferences (virtual and in-person).</li> <li><strong>Drive the Hiring Process</strong>: Manage a seamless and positive end-to-end candidate experience, including scheduling, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely communication.</li> <li><strong>Operational Excellence</strong>: Continuously iterate and improve our GTM hiring strategies, processes, and documentation to ensure efficiency, scalability, and an exceptional interviewer and candidate experience.</li> <li><strong>Collaborate Strategically</strong>: Work closely with hiring managers to define roles, understand team needs, and develop effective, market-specific sourcing strategies.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What you’ll bring: Requirements</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Experience</strong>: 1-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience</li> <li><strong>GTM Focus</strong>: Demonstrated track record of successfully hiring GTM roles across all departments (Professional Services, Customers Success and Services, Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, etc.)</li> <li><strong>Market Insight</strong>: A foundational understanding of recruiting within the competitive Mexico tech landscape and comfort with cross-cultural communication.</li> <li><strong>Communication Mastery</strong>: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate our companys value proposition and vision to prospective candidates.</li> <li><strong>Mindset</strong>: Highly organized, results-driven, and autonomous.
