As the Regional Director leader for our Enterprise AMER vertical, you will lead a 5-8 person, dynamic sales team, supporting existing and new clients while helping GitLab to surpass our growth goals. Reporting to the AVP AMER North, you will be responsible for hiring, developing, and leading a high-performing team of Strategic Account sales personnel to meet and exceed sales goals. </p> <p>GitLab is the most comprehensive AI-powered DevSecOps platform for software innovation.
