Respond to customer enquiries promptly, directing them to the appropriate salesperson for sales-related queries.</li><li><b>Sales Support:</b> Engage in discovery activities to understand customer needs, recommend relevant products and services, and collect pertinent customer information. Assist sales reps by tracking agreements and invoices, preparing quotes, entering data, and handling administrative processes.</li><li><b>Post-Sales Administration: </b>Process, code, and manage invoices and agreements. Support CRM updates, record-keeping, and any after-sales tasks that need attention.</li><li><b>CRM Utilisation: </b>Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to support daily tasks, track interactions, and ensure seamless customer experiences.</li><li><b>Administrative Assistance: </b>Provide paperwork and admin support to the sales team, helping to streamline internal processes and improve efficiency.</li><li><b>Technical Support:</b> Troubleshoot customer access and technical issues (e.g. login or download problems), escalating to Technical Account Managers when necessary.</li><li><b>Customer Event &amp; Content Support:</b> Help customers coordinate event coverage bookings, ensuring timely communication and logistics.
