Ensure every design decision enhances the overall user experience while aligning with business goals and maximizing performance. </li><li>Conceptualize &amp; own projects – Take full ownership of projects by driving them through all creative stages, including ideation, planning, design, execution, and QA. Collaborate cross-functionally to define goals, develop creative and practical solutions, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives. </li><li>Optimize for performance – Design multiple variants for A/B/C testing to evaluate effectiveness.
