This person will play key roles for the development of Geico’s virtual assistant platform that elevates the productivity for 30K+ internal associates and the customer experience for millions of our policyholders. You will be collaborating with a dynamic team of AI and software engineers to design, develop and deploy systems that ensure productivity, scalability and usability of GenAI workflows across Geico. Agent Engineers implements GenAI solutions for business stakeholders with both proven capabilities and experimental features, while synthesizing valuable insights to influence the product roadmap of the platform. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a proven track record of building high performance AI solutions, with hands-on experience in Generative AI-related ecosystems. </div><div> </div><div>Responsibilities:  </div><div><ul><li>Own design, development and maintenance of high-performance AI solutions that utilize agentic workflows to deliver concrete business value for internal stakeholders. Examples include knowledge assistants, document processing copilots, voice agents, etc. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, ML engineers, software engineers, product managers, designers to gather requirements, define project scope and prioritize feature backlogs.
