Influence and educate executives</li><li>Consistently share best practices and improve processes within and across teams</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>10+ years of Finance domain experience with industry leading ERP solutions (e.g. implementing and supporting Workday, PeopleSoft; Oracle EBS; Oracle Cloud; Hyperion; or SAP)</li><li>8+ years of experience with architecture and design of Financial EPR Implementation</li><li>Deep Finance domain expertise to be able to interpret Finance requirements into solutions</li><li>Strong understanding of accounting process; Management reporting philosophies; and cross-finance practices to ensure data, integrations, and solutions are well designed</li><li>Exemplary ability to design, perform experiments, and influence engineering direction and product roadmap</li><li>Ability to communicate and work directly with business leaders across Technology and Finance</li><li>Experience with designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining solutions for complex integrations</li><li>Experience with developing systems that are scalable, resilient, and highly available</li><li>Experience in working with data mart/repository/lake to support enterprise functions</li><li>Understanding of system monitoring concepts and tooling</li><li>Experience partnering with engineering teams and transferring research to production</li><li>Experience solving analytical problems with quantitative approaches</li><li>Knowledge of developer tooling across the software development life cycle (task management, source code, building, deployment, operations, real-time communication)</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment</li></ul>Education<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent education or work experience</li></ul>  Annual Salary$120,000.00 - $260,000.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline.
