In this role, you will be part of driving top early-talent to GEICO by partnering with Recruiting Managers, Recruiters, Business Leaders, and HR Business Partners to ensure GEICO candidates have a best-in-class recruiting and interviewing experience.Responsibilities in this role may include a combination of the following:<ul><li>Communicating with candidates, recruiters, and business stakeholders to schedule and confirm candidate interviews, which may include virtual interviews, panel, in-person or career hiring events</li><li>Tracking scheduling activity and adhering to scheduling targets</li><li>Scheduling debrief sessions for Hiring Managers and recruiters</li><li>Initiating candidate assessments, sending candidate reminder notifications, and recording testing results within the applicant tracking system </li><li>Ensuring GEICO applicants have a positive experience throughout the hiring process while promoting GEICO as an Employer of Choice</li><li>Collaborating with HR and Onboarding to improve efficiencies in the candidate workflow process</li><li>Posting job requisitions, at the direction of the recruiting team</li><li>Screening applicants for basic qualifications, validating complete application materials, and following up with candidates as needed to confirm relevant qualifications</li><li>Assisting recruiting team in capturing accurate recruiting data and sharing with business partners and recruiting team members</li><li>Other recruiting administrative projects or tasks as assigned</li></ul>Basic Qualifications: <ul><li>High School Diploma or Equivalent, bachelors degree preferred</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Proven time management skills and strong ability to prioritize</li><li>Ability to take direction and work independently</li><li>Ability to learn new systems and technology tools</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organization skills</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications: <ul><li>Experience working in Microsoft Office, specifically MS Outlook and Excel</li><li>Previous scheduling or recruiting coordinator experience</li><li>Experience in customer service or sales/client relations</li><li>Previous experience working in a Talent Acquisition environment</li><li>Experience working in Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Workday</li></ul>#LI-EW1  Annual Salary$23.91 - $41.21The above annual salary range is a general guideline.
