Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to lead the development of our new AI/ML platform and infrastructure, with a focus on predictive models. As a key member of our product leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering a world-class AI/ML platform that meets the evolving needs of our customers. You will also lead the development of predictive models that drive business value and improve decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a product vision and strategy for the AI/ML platform and predictive models, aligning with the companys overall goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, research, and design, to define and prioritize product requirements
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and gather feedback to inform product development
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure platform and model success and make data-driven decisions
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, release plans, and technical documentation
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers and engineers to ensure successful product delivery
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in AI, machine learning, and predictive modeling, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
  • Develop and deploy predictive models that drive business value and improve decision-making, including:
    • Defining model requirements and specifications
    • Collaborating with data scientists and engineers to develop and deploy models
    • Evaluating model performance and making recommendations for improvement
    • Communicating model results and insights to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI, machine learning, or related technologies
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products and features that meet customer needs
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and cloud-based technologies
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
  • Experience with data analysis and interpretation, and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field


 

Annual Salary

$146,575.00 - $229,600.00

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
