This is your opportunity to shape how our front-line sales team engages with customers, delivers value, and elevates patient care across the US and Canada (USCAN).<p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><h1><b>Job Description</b></h1><h2>What You’ll Do</h2><h3>Lead Learning That Drives Results</h3><ul><li>Design and deliver dynamic, engaging training experiences—virtually and in-person—that energize and equip our Cardiac PET sales teams.</li><li>Build blended learning programs using adult learning principles, instructional design, and cutting-edge tools.</li><li>Measure program effectiveness and adapt content or delivery to improve satisfaction, knowledge transfer, behavior change, and business results.</li></ul><h3>Empower Sales Excellence</h3><ul><li>Train Cardiac PET Account Managers on strategic customer engagement, deal execution and marketing content utilization.</li><li>Champion a new consultative and solution-oriented selling model’s adoption.</li></ul><h3>Ensure Technology-Driven Support:</h3><ul><li>Provide ongoing support through technology platforms, ensuring access to the tools and content needed for success.</li><li>Use LMS and sales enablement platforms to drive and monitor new hire readiness.</li><li>Create dashboards to measure training impact and continuously improve programs.</li></ul><h3>Collaborate Across the Business</h3><ul><li>Partner with your peers on the PDx USCAN Commercial Learning team.</li><li> Collaborate routinely with Sales &amp; Marketing Leaders, to align learning with strategic goals.</li><li>Participate on cross-functional teams along with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance and Commercial Excellence counterparts.</li></ul><h3>Continuously Improve</h3><ul><li>Keep training content fresh and relevant by staying on top of nuclear cardiology market trends, competitor activity, and product innovation.</li><li>Ensure all training programs meet compliance standards and reflect best practices in learning and development.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><h3>Required</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, Education, HR, or related field.</li><li>3+ years in medical/pharma sales; Cardiology sales experience strongly preferred.</li><li>3+ years in learning &amp; development: developing, delivering and measuring training programs in a full-time training role.</li><li>Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.</li><li>Selling methodology expertise.</li><li>Experience overseeing training vendor relationships; ensuring adherence to all relevant policies.</li><li>Experience with LMS and sales enablement platforms.</li><li>Proven project planning skills.</li><li>A solutions-oriented team player.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.</li></ul><h3>Desired:</h3><ul><li>Trainer certification.</li><li>Master’s degree or professional certification in Learning &amp; Development.</li><li>Instructional design and eLearning authoring experience.</li><li>Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Smartsheets, and Power BI.</li><li>Proven ability to lead without authority and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>Strong influencing and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong decision-making and organizational skills.</li></ul><p></p><h2>Why GE HealthCare?</h2><p>At GE Healthcare, youll be part of a team thats dedicated to making a difference in the healthcare industry. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
