Job Description Summary

As the FMI (Field Modification Instruction) Service Delivery Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution and continuous improvement of organizational programs within the service organization supporting FMI. This position demands a high level of ownership, accountability, and proactive problem-solving to support program managers, coordinate cross-functional activities, and drive operational excellence. You will be expected to take initiative, anticipate needs, and contribute to the overall success of executing USCAN FMIs.

Key responsibilities include compiling multiple sets of FMI data for current execution rates, communication progress to key stakeholders, track progress, and reporting KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have USCAN Service experience including Siebel, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in project management. A bachelors degree in engineering, business administration, project management, or a related field, along with previous experience in project support, is required.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Operational Ownership & Administrative Leadership

  • Take ownership of FMI documentation, key deliverables, and reporting processes to ensure execution success.

  • Independently coordinate meetings, prepare agenda slide decks, and manage follow-ups to drive accountability and progress.

  • Serve as a key liaison for outsourcing strategy, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across stakeholders.

  • Lead collaboration with a team of contractors managing transactional support, including Siebel FMI service records, FMI kit distribution, and database updates.

  • Act as the primary delegate for the FMI Operations Manager during absences, ensuring continuity and leadership coverage.

Strategic Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Facilitate seamless communication for USCAN service and external strategic partners.

  • Proactively coordinate information flow and ensure alignment across all program stakeholders.

  • Foster a collaborative, solutions-focused team environment that supports Lean initiatives.

Data-Driven Decision Support

  • Maintain and analyze high volumes of FMI data sets using Microsoft Excel to identify trends, support field service execution, and reconcile service records.

  • Generate actionable insights through reporting and data visualization to support next actions needed to accomplish FMI deadlines.

Logistics & Execution Management

  • Support the design and rollout of standard work across the USCAN region

  • Support and/lead the field communications related to FMI releases and service due dates to ensure timely closures and compliance.

  • Support vendor relationships for FMI letter distribution and kit assembly, ensuring quality and timeliness.

Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement

  • Using LEAN identify inefficiencies to streamline transactional processes, reduce waste, and automate manual tasks.

  • Support/lead USCAN Lean FMI process improvement ideas and contribute to a culture of operational excellence.

  • Escalate critical issues with context and proposed solutions to enable swift resolution by for the USCAN Service organization.

Documentation, Reporting & Compliance

  • Drive FMI quality compliance metrics across USCAN region

  • Querying centralized repository of FMI documentation and report results.

  • Prepare and present USCAN execution result updates and compliance evidence for audits.

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies through regular reviews and quality checks.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: A bachelors degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3-5+ years of previous experience in project support or a similar role.

  • Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel end user

  • Expertise in Siebel, Oracle, and transactional systems.

  • Knowledge of GEHC products and LEAN methodologies.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and drive implementation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare program support or service operations.

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

  • PMP certification or equivalent project management training.

  • Experience communicating with external customers and vendors.

  • A track record of driving process improvements and leading cross-functional initiatives.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $89,600.00-$134,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
