Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world.<h1>Job Description</h1>Roles and Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for VEGA Logistics Cost.</li><li>Coordinate FP&amp;A processes for Logistics Cost across International zones.</li><li>Serve as a strong partner for functional leaders and zone teams, helping them identify opportunities to deliver Variable Cost Productivity (VCP), optimize cost structures, and achieve budget targets through actionable insights and collaboration.</li><li>Ensure ledger accuracy during closing and identify areas of financial leakage.</li><li>Drive adherence to Global Logistics Finance standards across all relevant processes.</li><li>Liaise with ISC Controllership to review Standard MOH setup, streamline cost allocations, and sign off on accruals.</li><li>Coordinate with regional FP&amp;A leaders to ensure consistency and transparency in cost processes.</li><li>Collaborate with International HQ to support operating rhythms and reporting.</li><li>Manage and develop three direct reports, ensuring alignment with team goals and growth.</li></ul> ​Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including at least 3 years in cost management or FP&amp;A roles.</li><li>Strong technical expertise in accounting principles, cost management, and financial reporting standards.</li><li>Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and translate insights into strategic actions.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing direct reports and influencing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.</li><li>Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across international and cross-functional teams.</li><li>Track record of driving process improvements and managing projects with measurable outcomes.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.</li><li>Fluency in English required; additional language proficiency is a plus.</li><li>Solid understanding of logistics operations and supply chain finance preferred.</li></ul> ​Inclusion and DiversityGE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
