Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world.<p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><h1><b>Job Description</b></h1><h1><b>Roles and Responsibilities</b></h1><ul><li><p>Provide Service Market &amp; Life-cycle analytics including share trends, installed base targeting programs and business planning activities to drive sales volume.</p></li><li><p>Leverage data to segment the market, identify targets and support Product Management expand sales through product launches and campaign activations.</p></li><li><p>Deliver Service market analytics to quantify the GE installed base, understand addressable market, and measure share performance across portfolios.</p></li><li><p>Drive share gain growth analytics by determining customers with aged GE assets for lead generation call campaigns and measure progress to achieve success.</p></li><li><p>Drive share gain growth programs by identifying under penetrated product portfolios and customer segments and building opportunity campaigns for commercial teams.</p></li><li><p>Prepare analytics to measure the client service experience and drive stickiness within strategic client partnerships.</p></li><li><p>Measure expansion efforts to drive upgrades of installed base assets.</p></li><li><p>Advance strategic channel coverage initiatives through analytics to increase effectiveness.</p></li><li><p>Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data quality leveraged in daily management systems (DMS) and deliver on routine leadership operating reviews.</p></li><li><p>Design, build and deploy Salesforce or Power BI dashboards to provide leading indicators, dynamic funnel metrics and predictive analytics.</p></li><li><p>Support commercial analytics in the transformation of Siebel Americas to ServiceMax.</p></li><li><p>Help drive new metrics, data visualizations to draw insights of install based performance trends across adjacent equipment sales and delivery teams.</p></li><li><p>Suggest improvements for enhanced efficiency and process improvements.</p></li></ul><p></p><h1><b>Required Qualification</b></h1><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of Data &amp; Analytics or relevant experience required. Masters degree preferred.</p></li><li><p>3-5 years of experience supporting a large matrixed sales organization with demonstrated skills in real-time predictive sales process and funnel analytics.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytics and reporting skills (i.e. Iterative modeling with ability to manage large datasets, assess impact, identify trends and insights to drive positive outcomes).</p></li><li><p>Critical thinker, ability to gather requirements and solve problems.</p></li><li><p>Expert MS-Excel user.</p></li><li><p>3-5 years of experience with Salesforce, ServiceMax, Siebel or similar tools.</p></li><li><p>3+ years of experience with Salesforce dashboards and Power BI visualizations.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated awareness of how to succeed in ambiguous circumstances.</p></li><li><p>Results oriented with ability to translate strategy with data and facts.</p></li><li><p>MedTech or Healthcare experience.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Desired Characteristics</b></p><ul><li><p>Interpersonal Skills<b>:</b> Excellent communication and collaboration skills, team player with the ability to influence others across all levels and functions.</p></li><li><p>Business Intelligence and Reporting Platforms<b>:</b> Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Anaplan, Spotfire, CRM Analytics or OBIEE.</p></li></ul><p>#LI-JM1</p><p>#Remote</p><p></p><p></p><p></p>We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.&amp;#xa;&amp;#xa;For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $114,400.00-$171,600.00 Annual.
