Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world.<p></p><p></p><p></p><h1><b>Job Description</b></h1><p><u><b>Responsibilities</b></u></p><ul><li>Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders within the hospital, (biomed, Nurse Manager, acute care, IT) to identify qualified leads, grow market share and increase revenue, and reduce customer attrition.</li><li>Deliver on quarterly &amp; annual orders and revenue sales targets; maximize profit margin on equipment and service contract sales.</li><li>Leverage product knowledge in our Patient Monitoring and Patient Care portfolio to drive funnel growth for the region.</li><li>Demonstrate expertise in customers’ installed base and develop sales proposals that map with their annual budget process.</li><li>Collaborate with the account community team to support co-developed negotiation strategies.</li><li>Reduce cycle time by leveraging Salesforce.com (CRM tool) to track customer and account activity, to map visibility and drive market share, and to prioritize sales funnel.</li></ul><p></p><p><u><b>Required Qualifications</b></u></p><ul><li>Bachelors Degree &amp; 5 years of experience; OR High School Diploma/GED &amp; 8 years of experience; OR Bachelors Degree &amp; a graduate of GE HealthCare CLP</li><li>Must be able to travel and live near the territory of Memphis or Northern Mississippi</li></ul><ul><li>Demonstrated experience presenting complex information both verbally and written to decision makers.</li><li>Must live in the territory and be willing to travel within the territory.</li></ul><p></p><p><u><b>Desired Qualifications</b></u></p><ul><li>Capital equipment experience</li><li>Healthcare experience</li></ul><p><br />We expect all employees to live and breathe our behaviors: to act with humility and build trust; lead with transparency; deliver with focus, and drive ownership –always with unyielding integrity.<br /> <br />Our total rewards are designed to unlock your ambition by giving you the boost and flexibility you need to turn your ideas into world-changing realities.
