This role plays a critical part in bridging clinical workflow knowledge, project planning, and solution design—ensuring our customers achieve measurable success.<p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><h1><b>Job Description</b></h1><p><u><b>Roles and Responsibilities</b></u></p><ul><li>Collaborate with the commercial team to guide prospects in defining measurable project success criteria, implementation methodology, and timeline.</li><li>Deep collaboration with the Presales Architects to assist in defining the right solution and technology is being deployed to address the Customers clinical/business needs.</li><li>Leverage best practice workflows to define and quantify the scope of process redesign, functional deployment, and implementation effort for assigned engagements.</li><li>Partner with service and organizational readiness leaders to align professional services with resource utilization needs for project delivery.</li><li>Develop the statement of work for the commercial sales team.</li><li>Review sales quotes for all large, complex deals</li><li>Manage SOW repository and implement regular template updates.</li><li>Manage and update the Smartsheet tracking tool enhancement initiatives.</li><li>Work closely with tool developer to design &amp; build a tool to quote software &amp; professional services for all Enterprise Imaging and Cardiology Solutions.</li><li>Design and manage the Sales Design Document (SDD), with a strong focus on continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the accuracy and efficiency of sales team engagement with Presales and streamline the transition to the project team.</li></ul><p></p><p><u><b>Required Qualifications</b></u></p><ul><li>Deep understanding of healthcare operations, with a focus on Enterprise Imaging and Cardiology workflows.</li><li>Strong knowledge of GE HealthCare’s SEI solutions and its business impact.</li><li>Strong knowledge of project management and system deployment strategies.</li><li>Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and tools.</li><li>Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving</li><li>Skilled in leading and collaborating with remote and matrixed teams.</li><li>Willing and able to travel up to 20%.</li></ul><p></p><p><u><b>Desired Characteristics</b></u></p><p></p><ul><li><span>Exceptional organizational and planning capabilities.</span></li><li><span>Highly skilled use of Microsoft products, most especially Word, with focus on gramma and translation of technical specifications to all levels of an organization</span></li><li><span>Consistently takes ownership of tasks with minimal oversight.</span></li><li><span>Results-oriented with strong strategic agility.</span></li><li><span>Adept at navigating multiple leadership levels across organizations.</span></li><li><span>Effective negotiation skills and solid financial acumen.</span></li><li><span>Strong capability in navigating and leading change</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with GE Healthcare’s product lines.</span><span><span><span> </span></span></span></li><li><span>Bachelor’s degree or MBA in a technical, clinical, or business discipline.</span></li><li><span>Possesses in-depth knowledge of clinical workflows </span></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p>For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $72,000.00-$108,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
