Job Description Summary
GE HealthCare’s Strategic Advisory Services team partners with leading healthcare systems to address the evolving healthcare deliver challenges. We deliver high-impact advisory services that combine clinical, operational, and strategic expertise to drive technology-enabled care transformation.We are seeking a Cardiology Practice Leader to join our team as a senior consulting and advisory leader. This individual will bring domain expertise in cardiology and cardiovascular care, a track record of thought leadership, and proven experience in client and people leadership. The ideal candidate will drive commercial pursuits and lead complex engagements focused on optimizing cardiovascular care delivery, improving patient outcomes, and enhancing operational and financial performance across the care continuum.
This role leverages proven methodologies alongside expertise to guide and support clients. Key focus areas include people, processes, structure, and governance, ensuring optimal utilization of equipment, systems, and technology to maximize value and return on investments for our customers.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead strategic advisory engagements focused on cardiology care transformation, from commercial assessment through implementation.
- Design and deliver data-driven insights, operational models, strategic recommendations, and action plans tailored to client needs.
- Lead relevant commercial pursuits and business development, including proposal development, client presentations, solution design- in support of large multi-segment commercial opportunities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in cardiology care pathways, including diagnostics, interventional procedures, and post-acute care.
- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior healthcare executives and clinical leaders.
- Contribute to the development of new service offerings and methodologies within the Strategic Advisory Services portfolio.
- Provide thought leadership through white papers and internal knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, clinical sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in healthcare consulting, hospital operations, or clinical leadership, with a focus on cardiology and cardiovascular care.
- Experience facilitating visioning sessions, exploring multi-faceted customer needs, and architecting solutions/offerings, which includes translating these solutions into proposals through sale.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex client engagements and managing executive stakeholder relationships.
- Proven people leadership, including team development, career development, and performance management.
- Ability to influence and work cohesively across various roles, domains, and levels of an organization.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, including experience with healthcare data analysis and problem solving.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executive audiences.
- Must be willing to travel 50% within the United States.

- Familiarity with healthcare technologies, including imaging, monitoring, and interventional suites.

- Strong interpersonal, influencing, and leadership skills, including people leadership.
- Change management experience leading challenging change initiatives.
