Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world.<p></p><p></p><p></p><h1><b>Job Description</b></h1><h2>Roles and Responsibilities</h2><ul><li><p>FP&amp;A analyst supports all post-close reporting acting as a key business partner to the SBU finance and operating teams.</p></li><li><p>Lead and coordinate recurring mechanisms including P&amp;L forecasts, business case reviews, etc. for the MR Path to Leadership team</p></li><li><p>Support analysis and reporting of return on investments from potential business development activities in MR. When acquisitions move forward, this role will help with all business integration activities.</p></li><li><p>Lead planning &amp; reporting of SBU financial performance, with analysis of the key drivers: volume, pricing, mix, VCP buckets, EOP &amp; inflation, investments &amp; Base cost productivity </p></li><li><p>Support SBU Finance and operational leadership in monthly Op Mech by driving consistent data </p></li><li><p>Support analysis of MR R&amp;D spend including trend analysis, estimation &amp; planning by spending buckets (NPI, VCP, ATD, IB/OH) and sub-modalities </p></li><li><p>Prepare product level analytics on contribution margin movement to give insights on regional &amp; product mix, pricing, volume gain and productivity impact </p></li><li><p>Supports SBU planning cycles including strategic plan, SII, and operating plan.
