<h1><b><b><b>Job Description Summary</b></b></b></h1>The Executive Account Manager (EAM) is tasked with driving order and sales growth across the GE HealthCare (GEHC) portfolio by influencing investment levels and increasing GEHC’s market share in Germany.<br /><br />The EAM will establish and nurture business relationships with key executives to develop and implement long-term plans. The assigned accounts are typically large, multi-site, market-leading, and highly strategic health systems, academic institutions, large private/public chains, and Group Purchasing Organizations.<br /><br />The EAM is responsible for proactively developing and executing a comprehensive GE HealthCare Sales strategy that leverages the strength of GE HealthCare’s extensive portfolio of products, services, and solutions to drive and secure significant, strategic, cross-P&amp;L customer purchases.<br /><br />The EAM will report to the Germany Leadership team and will be part of a global network of Executive Account Managers.<br /><br />The ideal homebased work location would be in Bavaria or Baden-Wuerttemberg but we are also open to consider other parts of Germany for the right profile.<br /><br />At GE HealthCare, our machines, our software, our solutions, our services, and our people make a genuine difference to medical professionals and patients all over the world. That’s because we never lose sight of what healthcare really needs—the human touch.<p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><h1><b>Job Description</b></h1><h2><b>Your Responsibilities:</b></h2><ul><li>Achieve sales, orders, and margin targets for GEHC sales within assigned strategic clients while managing costs within budget.</li><li>Build long-term strategic relationships with clients to add value beyond the point of sale.</li><li>Develop a business plan and strategy to create new business opportunities for all GEHC products and services.</li><li>Continuously develop and maintain relationships with key clients, understand their initiatives and priorities, and keep GEHC Region Manager, Zone Manager, and Product business leaders informed and involved.</li><li>Establish and enhance executive-level relationships with clients by resolving issues responsively and addressing customer needs by integrating all appropriate GEHC resources.
