As the CVIS Lead FP&amp;A Analyst, you will lead and support various analysis, reporting, and planning activities for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&amp;A tasks, including closing, reporting, and forecasting for a ~$1.8B sub-segment of AVS. Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world.<h1>Job Description</h1>Roles and Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve as a key business partner to the CVIS finance and operating teams, managing dedicated reporting activities including data collection, understanding key drivers versus budget, prior quarter, and prior year, and reporting to our Group/Corporate team.</li><li>Support the annual budgeting and 3-year long-term strategy and financial plan to achieve organic growth, margin, and cash targets in line with business expectations.</li><li>Prepare detailed analyses and backups for financial reviews.</li><li>Assist CVIS Finance and operational teams in monthly Operating Mechanisms by ensuring consistent data and enhancing existing reporting capabilities for actuals and key KPIs: direct vs. fully burdened views, unconstrained vs. constrained, regional/sub-regional, group allocations.</li><li>Develop reliable monthly and quarterly estimates of orders, sales, and operating profit.</li><li>Emphasize building standard work for internal analysis and Group submissions, leveraging systems expertise and consolidating inputs from key stakeholders (direct ULS, regions, group allocations, services).</li><li>Support preparation of EBIT walks, collecting inputs and understanding key drivers such as volume, pricing, mix, EOP &amp; inflation, investments &amp; cost productivity, FX, and ensuring compliance with Ops P&amp;L requirements.</li><li>Build reports and variance analyses to understand actuals on a fully burdened view and enable timely follow-ups with regions, services, and sub-segments.</li><li>Support Commercial Finance Analysis (Funnel, Backlog, Price, Profitability) as needed.</li></ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of operating finance expertise and rigor.</li><li>Demonstrated depth and breadth in FP&amp;A expertise from prior assignments.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple high-priority and high-visibility deliverables.</li><li>Excellent presentation and communication skills.</li></ul> <h2>Desired Characteristics</h2><ul><li>Thrives in a fast-paced, highly visible, intellectually challenging environment. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
