<h1><b><b><b>Job Description Summary</b></b></b></h1>The Country Manager (f/m/d) Patient Care Solutions (PCS) Germany will be a member of the International PCS team and the Senior Leadership Team DACH. <br /><br />(S)he, is responsible for development and implementation of the PCS segment strategy for market share gain &amp; profitable franchise growth, driving orders, profitable revenue growth and value creation through product &amp; commercial strategies in Germany. Reinforce channel partner engagement &amp; performance excellence</li><li>Build strong relationships with key customers at the strategic &amp; clinical decision level</li><li>Expand partnerships with academic institutions, KOLs, and medical societies (e.g., Anesthesia, Cardiology)</li><li>Partner with Marketing and Product Management teams to develop strategic KOL management programs (User meetings, Speaker engagements, congresses, knowledge exchange, white papers ) and expand engagement with reference sites to drive customer satisfaction and state of the art implementation of our clinical differentiation</li><li>Collaborate with marketing to produce clinical evidence and strengthen strategic account relationships</li><li>Ensure readiness for new product introductions (NPIs), including regulatory approvals, training, and system configurations</li></ul><p></p><h3><b>Operational Excellence</b></h3><ul><li>Lead the operating reviews (monthly/weekly) and simplify operations through lean thinking and mindset &amp; by prioritizing well defined KPIs in a spirit of continuous improvement and problem solving mindset</li><li>Manage inventory health, PSI projections, and demonstration efficiency.</li><li>Own performance metrics and implement countermeasures when needed.</li></ul><h3><br /><b>Lifecycle &amp; Service Management</b></h3><ul><li>Drive franchise growth with commercial, product teams and channel partners  with best in class installed base retention in that process incl. services and offerings</li><li>Partner with service leadership to achieve service targets (e.g., capture rate) and co-lead the effort to upsell and grow lifecycle revenue</li></ul><h3></h3><h3><b>Customer Success &amp; Innovation</b></h3><ul><li>Enable customer success through innovation, efficiency &amp; through transformation programs, focused on patient safety &amp; user experience, enabled by digital technology adoption, clinical differentiation &amp; workflow optimization</li><li>Drive customer satisfaction and success through innovation, efficiency, and transformation programs</li><li>Focus on patient safety, user experience, and digital technology adoption</li></ul><p></p><h2><b>Your profile</b></h2><p></p><h3><b>Education &amp; Experience</b></h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred</li><li>Significant progressive leadership experience in Business Management, Product Marketing/Development, or equivalent roles within the healthcare industry</li><li>Profound direct experience in the healthcare sector, with deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs</li><li>Clear understanding in care areas integrated solutions (emergency, surgical &amp; critical care) and clinical pathways </li><li>Proven track record in sales, product management, and/or marketing—experience in high-tech capital equipment is a strong asset</li></ul><p></p><h3><b>Leadership &amp; Business Acumen</b></h3><ul><li>Strong financial acumen and organizational planning capabilities</li><li>Ability to think on the spot, respond quickly to challenges, and resolve complex solution pain points</li><li>Skilled in project management, including the development and execution of complex, cross-functional plans</li><li>Comfortable navigating ambiguity, with strong strategic agility, risk assessment, and results orientation</li><li>Exemplary people management, people and customers centered leadership, including strong team building, coaching, talent growth and sales enablement</li><li>Experience working, communicating and partnering with  C-level executives in large healthcare organizations</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills, with creativity, curiosity, and the ability to build rapport and foster collaboration</li></ul><p></p><h3><b>Communication &amp; Relationship Building</b></h3><ul><li>Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus</li><li>Advanced negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving capabilities</li><li>Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders</li></ul><p></p><h3><b>Other Requirements</b></h3><ul><li>Willingness and ability to travel on a regular basis in the region</li><li>Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment with a customer-first mindset</li></ul><p></p><h2>About us</h2><p></p><p>GE HealthCare is a leading global medical technology and digital solutions innovator with over 100 years of healthcare industry experience and around 50,000 employees globally.
