Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Implement clinical product configuration and consultation for GEHC Digital Implementation Services.
  • Deliver pre-sale clinical evaluations, consultations, and educational sessions to prospective client.
  • Customize clinical configurations in alignment with Sales Order Agreements (SOA) to support high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with sales, project management, and service teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions.
  • Drive revenue through effective on-site or remote clinical customization and training.
  • Complete all clinical configuration documentation accurately and on time.
  • Provide post-installation support and consultation, including for product updates and enhancements. - Maintain strong customer relationships and communicate feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
  • Manage travel and lodging budgets efficiently and submit timely expense reports.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service, integrity, and a commitment to clinical excellence.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree from an accredited nursing or health-related program.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
  • Comfortable working in clinical/patient environments. - Willingness to travel extensively (75%+), including weekends, across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record (if operating a vehicle for company business).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and web-based tools.
  • Ability to learn and teach specialized healthcare software.
  • Willingness to undergo background checks, drug testing, and hospital credentialing.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.
  • Ability to work from a home or remote office.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $89,600.00-$134,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
