<h1><b><b><b>Job Description Summary</b></b></b></h1>As CFO of Global Services, you will partner and drive financial strategy and execution for our $7B Global Services business. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, financial rigor, and strategic insight across all regions and service business units (SBUs). You will partner closely with the Global Services Executive Team, Regional Service Teams, and Segment leaders to deliver strong financial outcomes and long-term value creation.<p></p><p></p><p></p><h1><b>Job Description</b></h1><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><b>Strategic Planning &amp; Forecasting</b>: Support all financial planning cycles including quarterly forecasting, annual budgets and operating plans, and Long Term Strategy (3 year strategic plan).</li><li><b>Performance Management</b>: Drive monthly and quarterly operating reviews in partnership with the President &amp; CEO Global Services, providing insights to senior leadership on financial results, monitoring action plans, and ensuring strategic alignment.</li><li><b>Productivity &amp; ROI</b>: Partner with the Services Productivity GM to deliver $120M+ in productivity through cost trend analysis, ROI tracking, and cross-functional execution.</li><li><b>Process Innovation</b>: Implement driver-based forecasting models and digitized tools to enhance estimate reliability and visibility into service backlog and pricing.</li><li><b>Commercial &amp; Pricing Analytics</b>: Support the COO with pricing strategy, subscription models, and cost-to-serve frameworks.</li><li><b>Capital Allocation &amp; Growth</b>: Provide analytics to support capital deployment, headcount optimization, and investment for growth initiatives.</li><li><b>Global Collaboration</b>: Influence regional and SBU finance teams to standardize processes, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement.</li><li><b>External Reporting</b>: Support quarterly and annual filings and respond to investor relations requests.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Education:  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics, and</li><li>Required Years of Related Experience: A minimum of 10 years of progressive business experience in Finance</li><li>Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role within a global, matrixed organization.</li><li>Strong background in FP&amp;A, productivity initiatives, and commercial finance.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.</li><li>Expertise in Lean, digital transformation, and financial systems/processes.</li><li>Excellent communication and executive presence.</li></ul><p></p><p></p>For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $192,000.00-$288,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
