Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world.<p></p><p></p><p></p><h1><b>Job Description</b></h1><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><div><ul><li><p><span>Evaluate customer biomedical equipment issues, implement appropriate repairs, and perform planned maintenance and safety and environmental inspections to support our customers’ ability to deliver healthcare.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Adhere to company policies, procedures, and hospital protocols, to ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met; ensure documentation of all work performed is captured.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain strong relationships and frequent communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain proper care of tools and test equipment to ensure calibration and ability to deliver timely and accurate repairs and maintenance to our customers.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Identify and report all customer quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization to ensure services are provided with the highest ethical standards. </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Qualifications</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; OR equivalent military education; OR participant in the formal GEHC Biomed/FE Services Internship or Military Externship program; OR High School Diploma/GED and 4+ years of experience servicing electrical, electronics, IT or mechanical equipment.</span></p></li><li><p>2+ years of experience servicing medical equipment</p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge of electronic digital circuitry and understanding of electronic and electro-mechanical devices.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience interpreting schematic diagrams. </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Ability to be available after-hours and/or work a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to lift and move up to 35lbs.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p>We expect all employees to live and breathe our behaviors: to act with humility and build trust; lead with transparency; deliver with focus, and drive ownership - always with unyielding integrity. </p><p></p><p>Our total rewards are designed to unlock your ambition by giving you the boost and flexibility you need to turn your ideas into world-changing realities.
