Job Description Summary
The Advisor role works as part of a customer team to create and implement Strategic Advisory Services solutions which help customers improve financial, operational, clinical or patient safety outcomes. This role owns and personally delivers pieces of the overall customer engagement with a focus on achieving desired customer value/ROI, on time and within budget and scope.This role will specifically focus on the Radiology, imaging, specialty service lines with an intent of improving our customers outcomes through data driven strategies. This role needs a working knowledge of healthcare operations and will require limited on site work.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Project Execution: Deliver high-quality advisory work on time and within scope. Apply project management principles to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Collect, validate, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends and opportunities. Use tools like Excel and Power BI to generate actionable insights.
Strategic Problem Solving: Apply critical thinking and structured methodologies to develop and implement improvement strategies.
Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with mid-level customer stakeholders. Contribute to strategic recommendations that align with client goals.
Communication & Influence: Prepare and present clear, concise, and impactful executive-level reports and presentations.
Team Collaboration: Lead assigned workstreams and collaborate with cross-functional teams across GE HealthCare and client organizations.
Change Leadership: Model LEAN thinking and support change management efforts during project execution.
Knowledge Management: Maintain detailed project documentation and contribute to the development of standard work and best practices.
Initial Focus Areas
Support technology planning and equipment optimization projects.
Analyze equipment utilization, market trends, and financial data.
Coordinate across business functions to ensure alignment and execution.
Comfortable analyzing large data sets.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, operations management, healthcare information IT or a related field and 3+ years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting like radiology/PACs admin or imaging operations
(or 7+ years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting like radiology/PACs admin or imaging operations)Experience in radiology or imaging operations is a strong plus
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large datasets
Proficiency in Excel; Power BI or SQL experience is a plus
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a remote environment

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $99,200.00-$148,800.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
