As an integral member of our sales leadership team, you will have the responsibility of managing a team of Regional Directors and Account Executives. Your team will focus on sales within the 50 to 5,000 life segment, making significant contributions to our overall growth and success.</p> <p>This position is fully remote.</p> <h3><strong>What you will do:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Lead and manage a team of Regional Directors and Account Executives in the Central Region, ensuring they meet and exceed their sales targets</li> <li>Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth within the specified segment</li> <li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve company objectives</li> <li>Provide leadership and guidance to your team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability</li> <li>Oversee the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities within the region</li> <li>Monitor and analyze regional sales performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement</li> <li>Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, as well as industry regulations</li> <li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the Central Region</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What you will bring to the team:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Minimum of 5 years of proven track record in sales leadership and management, with experience in delivering against team quotas</li> <li>Extensive experience in sales within the 50 to 5,000 life segment</li> <li>Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team</li> <li>Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals</li> <li>Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field (Masters degree preferred)</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Compensation Transparency:</strong></h3> <p>The target salary range for this position (inclusive of Base + Commission) is $425,000 - $475,000 annually.. This position is also commission eligible. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws.
