You’ll play a critical role in building high-performing teams and shaping Garner’s growth by hiring exceptional talent across departments such as Engineering, Data &amp; Product. You will be working cross functionally with Hiring Managers, Interviewers and other leaders throughout the business to bring top talent into our organization as we scale at a rapid pace. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting people to purpose-driven work, and is excited about building alongside a mission-driven team.You will report into the Director of Technical Recruiting for this role.</p> <p>This position is fully remote.</p> <h3><strong>What you will do:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Drive sourcing capability and capacity to proactively build candidate pools while leveraging all available talent channels to expedite the recruitment of market-leading talent for Garner</li> <li>Influence and deliver quality assessment and high touch candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel</li> <li>Partner with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, conduct intake meetings, and determine target profiles to set and drive sourcing strategies</li> <li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation within our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), enabling meaningful reporting and data integrity</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What you will bring to the team:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>5+  years of experience in technical recruiting, sourcing, and recruiting coordination</li> <li>Experience hiring talent in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a startup or digital health company</li> <li>Exceptional people skills and consultative approach to recruiting to foster deep relationships with hiring managers and candidates</li> <li>Passion for diversity and inclusion recruiting and a desire to be a part of our mission to change the future of the U.S. healthcare system</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Compensation Transparency:</strong></h3> <p>The salary range for this position is $50-70/hour.
