You’ll play a critical role in building high-performing teams and shaping Garner’s growth by hiring exceptional talent across departments such as Sales, Account Management, Marketing &amp; more. You will be working cross functionally with Hiring Managers, Interviewers and other leaders throughout the business to bring top talent into our organization as we scale at a rapid pace. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting people to purpose-driven work, and is excited about building alongside a mission-driven team.You will report  into the Head of Talent for this role.</p> <p>This position is fully remote.</p> <h3><strong>What you will do:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Manage full-cycle recruiting across diverse business functions</li> <li>Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers—building hiring plans, crafting job descriptions, and guiding interview processes.</li> <li>Build and manage pipelines of diverse, mission-aligned talent through direct sourcing, referrals, and creative outreach.</li> <li>Deliver a top-tier candidate experience from first touch to offer.</li> <li>Collaborate with the broader People &amp; Talent team on process improvements, employer branding, and recruiting initiatives.</li> <li>Use data to report on pipeline health, time to fill, and quality of hire metrics—driving improvements through insights.</li> <li>Champion equity and inclusion in every stage of the hiring process.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What you will bring to the team:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth tech or healthcare environment.</li> <li>Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leadership to drive hiring strategy.</li> <li>Proven success sourcing and closing high-quality candidates across a variety of business functions.</li> <li>Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.</li> <li>A passion for healthcare innovation and a desire to support a mission that matters.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Compensation Transparency:</strong></h3> <p>The salary range for this position is $50-70/hour.
