You will be responsible for defining, communicating, and executing projects of a technical nature. The ideal candidate is driven, organized, and has the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You’ll play the critical role of steering and prioritizing the efforts of internal and external product teams to drive the client to a successful market launch while managing technical and business risk.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage complex interdependencies across multiple, cross-functional parties to build and launch client programs while demonstrating excellence in client service</li> <li>Provide planning and advisory guidance on implementations to both the client community and internal teams</li> <li>Review status of projects, set deadlines, manage schedules, and prepare status reports</li> <li>Influence global teams on best practices and prioritization during the program and software development lifecycles</li> <li>Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives</li> <li>Work directly with APIs, review Splunk logs, and troubleshoot technical issues</li> <li>Collaborate with internal project staff resources to execute project plans</li> <li>Participate in evaluating existing systems and business functions</li> <li>Gather, communicate, and prioritize both business and technical requirements for new projects to fulfill client needs</li> <li>Balance project planning, execution, risk, issue mitigation, and escalation to management as appropriate</li> <li>Participate and develop new processes that align closely with company and department OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) while onboarding new projects and opportunities.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>BS in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, related field, or equivalent experience </li> <li>Excellent organization skills, ability to communicate with multiple teams, and ability to apply critical thinking to problem solve custom solutions</li> <li>Demonstrated growth mindset with a history of learning new concepts and quickly mastering them </li> <li>Experience with APIs, cloud networking, tools to test/troubleshoot API issues (Postman), and software development lifecycle</li> <li>4+ years of IT Project Management experience preferred</li> <li>You know how to build an effective project plan that takes into account technical details, internal and external dependencies, shared resources, and risks.</li> <li>Ability to earn trust, build and maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion</li> <li>Prior experience working with Fintechs or Financial institutions is preferred, with vendor relationship experience, preferably in the credit and debit card space.</li> </ul><div><div><div><div> <div><span><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></span></div> <div>The base pay range for this role is listed below.
