About The Role Were looking for you to join us as a dynamic, high-performing MidMarket Account Executive. You should have experience selling enterprise tech and the ability to quickly grow a high-value pipeline based on relationships you build. The best candidates love the thrill of the hunt, take a consultative approach to sales, make deep discoveries with their prospects, and excel when selling to C-level executives. This position will report to the Sr. Manager, MidMarket Sales. Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Acquire new customers by evangelizing, and educate prospective customers on, the value and impact of Fundraise Ups solutions</li> <li>Methodically qualify, build, and manage a high-value sales pipeline</li> <li>Managing all stages of the sales cycle, including participating in RFPs from prospective customers</li> <li>Act cross-functionally with Marketing and Partnerships to uncover new lead sources</li> <li>Skillfully delivering web-based (Zoom) and in-person presentations by leveraging strong product knowledge and sales best practices</li> <li>Selling to VP &amp; C-Suite executives and navigating through multiple decision makers in complex orgs to secure buy-in</li> <li>Working closely with a team of BDRs to provide strategic direction and feedback</li> <li>Crushing your sales goals...and being well-compensated for doing so</li> </ul> Skills and Qualifications <ul> <li>2+ years experience in B2B/Enterprise tech sales</li> <li>Quota $1M+</li> <li>Experience selling 6-figure deals to global organizations</li> <li>Consistency in exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators</li> <li>Experience managing a complex sales cycle that can range 9+ months across 5+ internal stakeholders, partners, and agencies</li> <li>Ability to develop and execute account plans spanning multiple teams across complex organizations</li> <li>Strong presentation skills with multiple stakeholders</li> <li>Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving commercial agreements</li> <li>Superior verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Gritty, hard working, persistent are adjectives that describe you</li> </ul> Benefits Our compensation package includes comprehensive benefits and perks, meaningful equity, and a competitive salary: <ul> <li>Health, Dental, and Vision insurance covered at 100% for employees, 80% for employee plus dependents, and 70% for employees plus family.</li> <li>FSA Spending Account.</li> <li>Remote or Hybrid work.
