This role can be performed remotely anywhere within the United States.Fullstorys UX team is looking for a Senior Product Designer to report into the Head of User Experience, who can lead design efforts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to create exceptional user experiences. Fullstorys mission is to be the number one source for behavioral data, powering digital experience AI and insights, which hinges on a strong user experience. This is the role for you if you’re excited by the future of data and are passionate about using research and exceptional Discovery skills to de-risk your solutions.In a typical day, you might:<ul><li>Lead design efforts for large projects from opportunity to implementation, working closely with cross-functional partners to frame problems and deliver solutions.</li><li>Own the design process across projects, making use of customer insight and product data to inform decisions.</li><li>Level up the user experience by participating in design reviews, adding to the design system, meeting UX gating criteria, and advocating for loveable over minimal products.</li><li>Participate in customer research to understand needs and validate solutions.</li><li>Contribute to and help evolve our design system while advocating for better and simpler product experiences.</li><li>Effectively communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders across the organization.</li></ul>Here’s what we’re looking for:<ul><li>5+ years of experience as a product designer, including experience working at a B2B SaaS company.</li><li>Proficiency in all aspects of the design process including research, low and high fidelity design, rapid prototyping, and working with design systems.</li><li>Experience conducting User Experience Research activities and design sprints independently.</li><li>A strong portfolio showcasing iterative software work and problem-solving capabilities.</li><li>Experience leading design projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</li></ul>The base salary for this position ranges between $140,000 - $160,000 USD. Base salary will vary based on relevant experience, job-related skills, and qualifications.
