If you value lots of freedom and ownership in your work, interfacing with customers, and working on a product with high customer impact, then Freshpaint is your home.<h2>About the role </h2>We are looking for a Head of Content Marketing to own &amp; scale Freshpaint’s content strategy and execution. This person will transform our existing content program into a scalable, high-leverage engine that fuels the entire go-to-market motion—from awareness to pipeline to revenue.You will be responsible for building content systems and processes that tell our market the Freshpaint story, and systematize how we distribute and measure the impact of content as we continue our world-class growth trajectory.This is a leadership role for someone who has successfully scaled content at a fast-growth B2B SaaS company through the $100M ARR stage. <h2>What you’ll do</h2><ul><li>Define/own the content strategy and the execution of that strategy across the full funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion, and customer expansion).</li><li>Lead a content team of 3 existing team members and scale capacity</li><li>Build and maintain measurement frameworks to track content performance and ROI.</li><li>Own the operational framework to continually execute against the content strategy and meet the needs of the business as we hit new levels of growth.</li><li>Partner closely with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and Sales to align content with pipeline and revenue goals and prioritize production. </li></ul><h2>What youll bring </h2><ul><li>Strategic content leader with 8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, including leadership roles at growth-stage startups.</li><li>Demonstrated success scaling a content program as the company grows up to $100M+ ARR.</li><li>Strong business acumen—marketer first, writer second.
