Were in search of a highly-motivated Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is results-driven and eager to contribute to our teams success. What you’ll be doing: <ul> <li>Responding to inbound demo requests from the website: Youll handle inbound email requests from prospects, schedule their qualification calls, and conduct these calls. You should be comfortable leading early-stage sales conversations and quickly assessing if prospects align with Fountain</li> <li>Account research: Conduct research on accounts to determine if they fit Fountains Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Additionally, support Account Executives (AEs) by providing account insights to aid in building account plans.</li> <li>Sales Outreach: Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Engage, and LinkedIn for outbound and inbound sales activities</li> <li>Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey for prospects. Foster growth and development of this relationship</li> <li>Pre &amp; Post Event Lead Management: Assist the sales and marketing team in event preparation by managing lead outreach</li> <li>Event Support: Provide on-site support for our sales team during events by providing account information for in-person conversations. Occasionally, join the sales team at events to assist with staffing</li> </ul> What you should bring: <ul> <li>Minimum of 1 year in an SDR or sales role at a remote startup</li> <li>Experience in cold calling and emailing: Conducting 60 outbound cold calls per day</li> <li>Experience managing your calendar and completing tasks in a remote work environment</li> <li>Exceptional communication skills, both internally and externally</li> <li>Proficiency with Gong and Salesforce, and other sales tools</li> <li>Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks with prioritization by deadlines</li> <li>Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic and evolving sales environment</li> </ul> Salary Range:  $52,500 - $65,000 + Commission<div>Even if you do not meet all the requirements above, we still encourage you to apply for this position.
