<table> <tbody> <tr> <td> We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our Calibration Sales team. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth in their assigned territory (Gulf States - FL, MS, AL, TN, LA  and Puerto Rico) by developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with customers, distributors, and reps and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Drive new bookings by creating end-user demand, strategically planning territory coverage with partners, and implementing strategies for rapid market share growth.</li> <li>Demonstrate strategic thinking, strong business insight, and the ability to influence, organize, and build demand, relationships, and winning strategies.</li> <li>Actively promote Fluke products to achieve sales quotas through relationship building, training, support, and end-user engagement.</li> <li>Develop expertise as the local authority on Fluke products, solutions, and applications.</li> <li>Partner with sales and marketing teams to prepare proposals, deliver product demonstrations, provide training, and address customer needs.</li> <li>Maintain accurate CRM records with daily updates and manage the sales pipeline through consistent prospect follow-up.</li> <li>Combine technical knowledge with persuasive communication skills to effectively position Fluke solutions.</li> <li>Collaborate with local distribution partners to drive growth and increase end-user adoption.</li> <li>Work remotely from a home office while traveling to customer sites within the territory (approx. 50%).</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and end users by offering tailored solutions using Fluke’s equipment, software, and services.</li> <li>Leverage internal Fluke support teams to maximize territory growth and customer success.</li> </ul> Requirements: <ul> <li>Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in the calibration industry, selling technical solutions—ideally with expertise in metrology applications.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, a technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.</li> <li>Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed targets within an assigned territory.</li> <li>Demonstrated success in identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities.</li> <li>Strong track record of building and maintaining customer relationships through exceptional service and support.</li> <li>Solid technical aptitude with the ability to clearly explain product capabilities and guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions.</li> <li>Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.</li> <li>Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.</li> <li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.</li> <li>Attend trade shows and industry events to promote the company and its products.</li> <li>Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments</li> <li>Must live within assigned geography ( FL, MS, AL, TN, LA)</li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications: <ul> <li>Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM systems</li> <li>Familiarity with Power BI or similar</li> <li>Experience in channel/ distributer selling and relationships. </li> <li>Cross functional team support with the Business Unit and Factory experience </li> <li>Addressing high stakeholders internal and external </li> </ul></td> </tr> <tr> <td> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table>Fortive Corporation OverviewFortive’s essential technology makes the world safer and more productive.
