At Ping Identity, were changing the way people and businesses think about cybersecurity, digital experiences, and identity and access management. </div> The Senior Web UX Designer will lead UX initiatives, conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and advocate for best practices in user-centered design.  In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric digital experiences. You will: <ul><li>Lead UX strategy by developing and executing the UX strategy for the web-based projects, aligning design solutions with business objectives and user needs.</li><li>Create flow diagrams, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that are easily understood by all stakeholders involved in the project.</li><li>Collaborate with designers and developers to translate wireframes and prototypes into visually stunning and functional user interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines and design standards.</li><li>Conduct user research, and usability testing, to gain insights into user behavior, preferences and pain points.</li><li>Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and stakeholder input to continuously improve the user experience </li><li>Create and maintain UX documentation, including user journeys, and design specifications, to ensure clarity and consistency throughout the design process</li><li>Contribute to the guidelines and patterns in our design systems.</li></ul>You have:<ul><li>6+ years professional experience as a UX designer</li><li>BS/BA in UX design, HCI, or equivalent work experience</li><li>Experience with user research and how to put insights from research into your designs</li><li>Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as: Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop and Illustrator</li><li>Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript</li><li>Experience with design systems and component libraries</li><li>Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices </li><li>The ability to respond thoughtfully to design critiques</li><li>Comfort managing projects on your own</li></ul>Your portfolio shows:<ul><li>Passion and appreciation for elegance in human interfaces.</li><li>Knowledge of interaction philosophies and best practices.</li><li>Strong attention to detail through refined designs that are release ready.</li><li>A focus on problem solving </li></ul>Salary Range: $130-140K In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above.
